FashionTV Salon in Trivandrum is seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for managing the salon team, maintaining quality standards, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily salon operations, inventory management, and customer service.

2. Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional beauty services and uphold brand standards.

3. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet targets.

4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

5. Cultivate positive client relationships and address any concerns promptly.

6. Collaborate with senior management on marketing initiatives and promotional events.

7. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize salon performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor��s degree or equivalent.

Experience in salon management.

Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Proficiency in salon management software and MS Office Suite.

Knowledge of beauty trends, techniques, and products.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Age between 23-28.

Salary Package: INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Food allowances will be provided
