Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Salon Academy Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to aspiring beauty professionals, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills to succeed in their careers. The trainer will also stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide current and relevant training content.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Deliver Training Programs:

Design and implement comprehensive training modules for various beauty services, including hair styling, skincare, makeup, and nail art.

Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations.

Assess and Evaluate Trainees:

Monitor and assess trainee performance through practical and theoretical evaluations.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve trainee skills and knowledge.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Research and incorporate the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products into training programs.

Attend industry events and seminars to enhance personal skills and knowledge.

Maintain Training Materials:

Develop and update training manuals, guides, and other educational resources.

Ensure training materials are engaging, accurate, and aligned with industry standards.

Support Academy Operations:

Assist in organizing and promoting academy events and workshops.

Collaborate with the academy team to maintain a positive and professional learning environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a beauty trainer or in a similar role within the beauty industry.

Certification in cosmetology or a related field.

Strong knowledge of beauty services, including hair, skin, makeup, and nails.
