Job Description:

Are you a driven and motivated individual looking to earn unlimited income? WebFings Private Limited is seeking commission-based salespersons to promote and sell our Business Website (Web Tools and SEO Tools) Services. Our services include complete website development, hosting, domain registration, and more.

Responsibilities:

1. Actively promote and sell Business Website Services (Web Tools and SEO Tools Websites).

2. Use marketing materials and demonstrations provided by the company.

3. Provide accurate information to potential customers.

4. Track all sales using the unique tracking link and login account provided by the company.

Commission Structure:

1. Basic Rank (1 to 50 sales): Flat 30% commission on every sale.

2. Premium Rank (51 to 200 sales): Flat 35% commission on every sale.

3. Exclusive Rank (201+ sales): Flat 40% commission on every sale.

Commissions will be paid on the 10th, 20th, and 30th of each month. Payments will be made directly to the salesperson's bank account.

Sales Requirements:

1. Salespersons must make at least 10 sales per month.

2. If a salesperson wishes to leave the program, they must either:

3. Complete a minimum of 10 sales in the month before leaving.

4. Pay a penalty fee of ₹2000 if they fail to make 10 sales in the month they wish to leave.

Requirements:

1. Must be at least 18 years old.

2. Must provide valid KYC documents and proof of work experience (if applicable).

3. Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
