JOB PROFILE: In-Store Sales Executive / Counter Salesman / In Store Salesman

JOB TIMING : 9 AM - 10 PM // 11 AM - 7 PM.

Experience: Freshers /Minimum 2 Years Is A Plus Point.

SALARY: 15K25K per month + 5K incentives.

QUALIFICATION: PUC / Graduation

OPEN POSITION: There are 10 open positions.

Job Description:

We are searching for a driven In-Store Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will interact with customers, provide outstanding service, and help drive sales in our shop.

Responsibilities:

In a friendly and professional manner, greet and assist customers.

Understand the customers' needs and propose items or services to satisfy those demands.

Customers' product characteristics and benefits must be effectively communicated.

Maintain a clean and well-organized sales space to ensure a pleasant buying experience.

Individual sales targets must be met and exceeded.

Stay up-to-date on product information, specials, and corporate policies.

Collaborate with the shop staff to achieve the overall sales targets.

Requirements :

Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.

Interpersonal and communication skills.

working ability in a fast-paced retail industry.

Positivity and eagerness to learn about our products.
