We are a renowned, family-run perfume shop with a legacy in the heart of Masjid Bunder, Mumbai. As we expand, we are looking for dynamic Sales Executives to join our team and help strengthen our customer relationships and attract new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
New Business Development: Identify and approach potential customers to expand our client base.
Digital Communication: Handle follow-ups via email, websites, and social media platforms.
Order Coordination: Assist clients with product inquiries, quotations, and order placements.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to suggest innovative sales strategies.
Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in retail or perfume industry.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email handling, online browsing).
Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of Marathi or Gujarati is a plus).
Attitude: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing business.
