We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesman. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for jewellery and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their purchases
Provide exceptional customer service and answer any questions regarding the products
Demonstrate product knowledge and make recommendations to customers based on their needs
Process transactions and handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
Participate in visual merchandising and store presentation efforts
Meet and exceed sales targets
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and products
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry
Passion for jewellery and knowledge of jewellery design and materials
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
