SALESFORCE MARKETING CLOUD DEVELOPER

As a member of the GTM team, you will work primarily with Marketing Engg Team & collaborate with ITSD & Email Ops for supporting SFMC related work engagements, maintaining the marketing automation platform which will not limit only to building solutions but also extends to operational support, data maintenance, platform maturity & production issues that contribute to the overall success of the Atlassian's GTM strategy.

Location: Jaipur, Bangalore

CTC: Between 8LPA to 12 LPA

On your first day, we’ll expect you must have:

• 3 to 5+ years of Marketing Automation experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Adobe Marketo.

• Must Have SFMC - Journey Builder and Audience Builder hands-on experience as well as in-depth understanding of audience data, building data extension, build multi-channel destination journeys, data relationships and traits management.

• The right combination of functional and technical knowledge to operate as Specialist with specific focus on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud work engagements.

• ITSD/ ITSM related experience in handling BAU tickets & L1/L2/L3 queues for triaging between the teams.

• Ownership of ITSD issues to improve Email Ops and customer experience, providing a single point of coordination on behalf of MKTE.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum team & Jira tool

Good to have:

• Experience in Adobe Marketo tool for Operational support, Database hygiene & Data segmentation.

• Experience working on APIs & technologies related to Java/Kotlin

• Experience working with application development frameworks - Spring/SpringBoot

• Experience working with RDBMS systems
