JOB TITLE: Senior Salesforce Developer

Summary of position:

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended on the platform. You’ll be acting as a trusted advisor to our team and clients, and an effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, top-notch people skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your visions built into successful solutions, you need to possess good communication skills and be highly resourceful.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with business systems analysts and developers as part of an team to design, build, and deliver solutions

Drive solution design for projects and production support working with IT and Business SME’s

Develop custom solutions on the Force. com platform including work in Apex, VisualForce, and application integration patterns (preferred)

Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications

Use knowledge of tools and best practices for development and deployment of enterprise applications, including source code management, code review, and unit testing

Keep up to date with new releases and improvements in Salesforce. com

Perform functional and technical system activities, including business process configuration, coordinate testing, work with offshore team and vendor on development activities, manage project queue and scheduled releases, etc.

Collaborate with the team.

Job Requirements:

At least 6+ years’ relevant experience on related applications on salesforce.

Required: A pro-active personality, with a can-do attitude, Excellent relationship-building skills, Strong analytical skills, with the ability to observe trends.

Available and responsive to questions, clarifications and instructions

Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels
