7+years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst Salesforce service cloud.
Key Skills:
Salesforce
Service cloud (Case management, SLA management, Email to case, Customer management)
SaaS/GTM (Go To Market)
Product Owner
Functional knowledge of Service cloud on salesforce domain.
Experience of working with salesforce as BSA.
Experience with relational databases such as SQL and experience in writing data queries and modeling business scenarios.
Experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
Techno functional knowledge of salesforce
Good experience on salesforce data model and salesforce configuration.
Good understanding/ knowledge of Integration flow with legacy systems.
Education - Any graduate
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
PREFERRED
BA - SFDC experience, Software as service , Go to market
Excellent presenter and is comfortable presenting to all levels of the organization
Self-motivated individual who can lead changes to the implementation
Ability to think strategically and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proven track record delivering complex software solutions
