KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employee Development – BDM , Leader , OH & Trainer
Plan, conduct and manage the Learning requirements of the BDM , Leader & OHs
Ensure availability of all management training equipment /courseware/resources at all offices/Regions/Zones
Ensuring time and duration adherence, standards & regulatory compliances
Management Training Interventions
Implementation of Management Training programs across all Agency management constituents.
Proactive planning for interventions and management development programs at the regional/Zonal Level.
Assist in researching new techniques or advances in the areas of training and development and apply the same in the function of Management Training.
Assist in Content Development using Instructional Design techniques and skills; designing and developing contents and course material for training of various levels of APC
Business Support
Identify productivity-limiting gaps of employees in the agency and take corrective action, schedule and execute the events in training calendar.
Coordinating with respective business owners for regular performance reviews meetings and sharing of expectations and deliverables between the business and management training.
Administrative
Work with and through various vendors/ consultancy firms / consultants for enduring smooth roll out of management training delivery.
Generate and publish MIS, Dashboard, Training calendar etc. timely and effectively. Organize and make presentations in internal semin
