Job Description:
Responsible for Design and Implementation of a structured TNAS (training need analysis) to derive a Training Plan / Calendar for the resorts.
Responsible for the Design and Implementation of Management Training programmes.
Interact with all the concerned in Department Heads on training requirements and ensure delivery of the same.
Develop Training and Assessment evaluation methodology.
Maintain metrics that contribute to success of the function.
Required Skills:
Must have 4-8 years of rich experience in designing training modules, ramp ups, hiring, and maintaining training output.
Job role includes 60% on Field Training and 40% Classroom Training.
Prior experience in Planning & forecasting of Organizational Training Needs.
Strong communication Skills (Written & Oral).
Broad understanding of service based operations.
Familiarity with usage of Training Tools.
Ability to accept responsibility.

Ability to enhance organizational performance.
