Role Description: Responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs and on-job-coaching for TeleSales Agents on our online product, Trademark Registration & Online Management (TROM) and related services. This role includes teaching sales systems and processes as well as effective telecalling techniques to enhance sales performance. The Officer will work closely with branch Telesales members and Team managers to assess training needs, provide ongoing coaching and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives across all branch locations. By fostering a culture of continuous learning, this position aims to empower sales agents to achieve their targets along with exceptional customerservice.
