Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our dynamic real estate team at Dream Nxt Homes. As a Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate sales and contribute to the success of our projects
Responsibilities:
• Identifying and contacting potential clients or leads.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends and identify opportunities.
• Preparing and delivering sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
• Participate in property showings and open houses.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
Requirements:
• Vehicle with a valid license and a smartphone is needed.
• Graduation is must and should be ready to travel.
• Flexible with work timings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Should know the use of CRM.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced sales environment.
• Basic knowledge of real estate practices and market trends is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
