Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our dynamic real estate team at Dream Nxt Homes. As a Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate sales and contribute to the success of our projects
Responsibilities:
Identifying and contacting potential clients or leads.
Conduct market research to analyze trends and identify opportunities.
Preparing and delivering sales presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
Participate in property showings and open houses.
Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
Requirements:
Vehicle with a valid license and a smartphone is needed.
Graduation is must and should be ready to travel.
Flexible with work timings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in verbal and written English.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Should know the use of CRM.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced sales environment.
Basic knowledge of real estate practices and market trends is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
