Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Sales Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be smart, presentable, and possess excellent communication skills. This is a target-based role that requires enthusiasm, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new things.

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.

Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and share market insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master degree in relevant field.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferable.

Smart and presentable with a professional demeanor.

Enthusiastic, adaptable, and keen to learn new things.

Willingness to commute as required.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Hands-on experience with MS Office is a plus.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Ready to travel within the city.
