Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in lead generation and prospecting by using various online and offline tools and methods like cold calling , emails, events etc.
Identify potential clients and establish relationships to understand their needs and requirements
Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Liaise with technical team and marketing team for product marketing
Achieve annual and quarterly order and revenue targets
Suggest upgrades and services that may be of interest to clients.
Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Assist in developing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Qualification & Skills
Mandatory
MBA in marketing, business administration, or similar.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related field is a plus.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services.
Great networking skills.
