We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Sales Manager to join our team at Clovers Safety Services Pvt. Ltd. The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales initiatives, expanding our client base, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for promoting workplace safety and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in the health and safety training and consultancy industry.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, training, and operations, to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client requirements.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements in collaboration with senior management and legal team.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to health and safety training and consultancy services.
Represent Clovers Safety Services Pvt. Ltd. at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
