Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue from real estate property sales in Mumbai.

2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and tele callers to achieve individual and team sales targets.

3. Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed in their roles.

4. Set clear sales goals, performance targets, and KPIs for the sales team, and monitor progress regularly to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

5. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to sales team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management abilities.

6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry to generate leads and business opportunities.

7. Oversee the sales process from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closing, and post-sales support, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

8. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure efficient execution of sales processes.

9. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities, market segments, and areas for expansion.

10. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review, providing insights and recommendations for improving sales performance and profitability.

Requirements:
