Purpose of the Job:

1. To be take responsibility of converting leads into Clients. To take responsibility to handle all the Client Care Executives and ensure them and train them to achieve the client acquisition goals. ( Sales Management)

2. To identify customer segment and promoting our products and create interests with customers in New market geographies.

Key Roles and Responsibilities in Apex:

• To Drive Sales with numbers. (Adding leads, converting leads)

• To implement sales process with subordinates

• To hold training for Client Care Executives and ensure them to convert clients.

• To help Client care executives in progressing discussion and closures.

• To Promote company by understanding the customer segment and drive leads

Experience Background: Job relevant Experience:

• Should have worked in International Sales

• Should have customer acquisition knowledge
