Job Title: Team Leader

Sales Roles and Responsibilities:

• End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned.

• Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.

• Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication, team handling,skills written and verbal.

• Proficient in English and local language is added advantage.

• Customer relationship Management.

Sales & Negotiations Skills:

• Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience:

• Degree compulsory

• 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.

• Fresher’s also welcome.

Compensation, Perks and Benefits:

• Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance.

• Goal based auto-appraisals and promotion in every 3 months, with 10% hike on each goal crossed.

• Salary 25,000/- + incentives

• 6 days working, 1 fixed off (Tuesday).

• Work from Office.
