**About the job**
Job Title: Team Leader
Sales Roles and Responsibilities:
End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned.
Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.
Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication, team handling,skills written and verbal.
Proficient in English and local language is added advantage.
Customer relationship Management.
Sales & Negotiations Skills:
Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence.
Educational Qualification & Work Experience:
Degree compulsory
1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
Freshers also welcome.
Compensation, Perks and Benefits:
Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance.
Goal based auto-appraisals and promotion in every 3 months, with 10% hike on each goal crossed.
Salary 25,000/- + incentives
6 days working, 1 fixed off (Tuesday).
Work from Office.
