Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage and develop sales skills of team members, provides encouragement to team members including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
3. Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
4. Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.
5. Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.
6. Achieve monthly revenue targets.
7. Maximize revenue generation through cross-selling and customer retention.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in business or management preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Stock Market Sales.
3. Should have experience in team handling in SEBI registered Stock advisory firm.
4. Outbound calling experience.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
