Job Summary:**

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments of team members.

**Requirements:**
