We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Sales Team Leader for one of our companies Silpa Group, Hyderabad.

No. of Vacancies: 1

Experience : Relevant experience of 1 Year as Team Leader and 3 Years of total experience into Sales

Job Location: Hyderabad

Work from Office is mandatory

Shift Timings : Day Shift / 10:00 to 6:30

Package : 30,000 - 35,000 + Allowances and Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Able to handle sales team of 5 people

Able to observe the sales team and make them stick to the sales process

Able to maintain the data on sales team performance and monthly, quarterly and annual reports

Able to find out the sales people pros and cons and motivate them in their back lagged areas

Educational Qualification:

Qualified Graduate in any stream

Must possess Good Communication skills.
