We are looking for a skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our Inside Sales team at The
Wellness Shop. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring excellent
customer service. You will be responsible for leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives,
motivating them to achieve their targets, and providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills
and product knowledge.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to help improve performance.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
Motivate and inspire team members to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional
customer service.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Inside Sales is required, with demonstrated expertise
in managing telesales/chat processes within a fast-paced B2C environment.
Proven experience in building, developing, and leading high-performance telesales teams,
managing 30-40 team members or large teams.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
Prior experience in the same industry, such as cosmetics or e-commerce, is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of eco-friendly and wellness products is a plus.
