Team Lead - Sales will be responsible for managing and supervising the Territory Sales Executives (TSEs), ensuring strong relationships with authorized retailers and dealers, and driving sales performance. The role involves promoting Samsung products, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring brand visibility at dealer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dealer & Retailer Visits:
Regularly visit authorized retailers and dealers to maintain relationships and ensure business growth.
2. Team Supervision:
Lead and oversee the performance of Territory Sales Executives (TSEs).
Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team to achieve targets.
3. Scheme Communication:
Inform and educate dealers about new product schemes and offers.
Ensure dealers understand and utilize available promotional campaigns effectively.
4. Payment Collection:
Collect outstanding payments from dealers in a timely manner.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of collections.
5. Finance Scheme Explanation:
Explain exclusive Samsung finance schemes to dealers and retailers.
Assist dealers in promoting finance options to customers for better sales conversion.
6. Brand Visibility & Display Management:
Supervise and ensure the proper display of Samsung phones at dealer outlets.
Ensure brand guidelines and promotional materials are correctly placed.
