The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve the sales targets and growth objectives of the company. The role involves strategic planning, team management, performance monitoring, and driving sales initiatives to ensure the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.

Conduct regular team meetings to discuss targets, strategies, and performance.

Foster a positive and competitive team environment.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and goals.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives.

Provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Implement corrective actions and improvement plans as needed.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

-Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Training and Development:

-Identify training needs and conduct training sessions for the sales team.

-Encourage continuous learning and development within the team.

Sales Administration:

-Oversee the preparation and submission of sales reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

-Proven experience as a sales team leader or in a similar leadership role.
