Role Overview:
As a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for promoting and selling industrial
lubricants to retail outlets, such as auto parts stores, garages, and convenience stores. You
will identify potential customers, build strong relationships, and close deals to achieve sales
targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis and Customer Identification:
o Conduct market research to identify potential retail outlets.
o Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor product offerings.
o Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
2. Sales and Business Development:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market
penetration.
o Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
o Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations.
o Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
o Close deals and ensure timely order fulfillment.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail

4. Merchandising and Promotion:
o Work with retailers to ensure effective product merchandising and promotion.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry.
