Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as Sales Team Leader who will be
responsible for handling team, managing client relationships, and closing property deals. You must
require a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the
ability to negotiate effectively.
Roles & Responsibility:
Manage Team:
Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring high levels of motivation, skill
development, and sales productivity.
Training & Development:
Conduct regular training sessions to improve team performance, enhance selling techniques, and
stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
Client Consultation & Relationship Management:
Conduct meetings with clients is a crucial part to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Provide detailed information about properties, including pricing, features, and legal requirements.
Conduction of Site Visits:
Arrange and conduct property tours according to client requirement, showcasing the benefits and
unique selling points of the particular project.
Deal Closure & Revenue generation:
Prepare and present offers and counteroffers which are ongoing in organization to drive a closure
to accomplish the objective of the organization.
Qualification and Skills:
1. Bachelors degree in any field.
2. 3 Years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
3. Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
