Position - Sales Team Leader
Location - Sector 18, Gurugram
Job Types- Full-time, Permanent
Salary- Up to 40,000 CTC
Shift: Day Shift
Candidates should have min 1 year experience in Sales - Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales agents.
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyse sales data and prepare reports for management.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance updates.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales operations and principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to Analyse data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
