Job role:

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.

Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set goals, and address any challenges.

Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the teams skills and knowledge.

Sales Strategy Implementation:

Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies.

Monitor the sales teams performance and implement strategies to improve sales outcomes.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and builds strong relationships with clients.

Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Assist the team in handling key accounts and closing significant deals.

Performance Monitoring:

Track and report on sales team performance, including KPIs and sales targets.

Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to team members.

Develop and implement corrective actions to address underperformance.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals.
