We are hiring for sales executive or team leaders. .

- We are looking for enthusiastic online sale Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company.

- You will be responsible from closing sales for our company . you deal our the phone and maintaining good relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Supporting Team Member in understanding customer requirements and closing sales.

 Supporting in a range of financial/Insurance products over the phone.

 Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospective customers.

 Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication

 Set clear team goals and KPIs.  Delegate tasks and set project deadlines.

 Oversee day-to-day teams operation and performance.

 Do regular performance evaluation

 Communicate with team about their performance.

 Monitor team performance and reports on metrics.

 Motivate team members.

 Discover training needs and provide coaching.

 Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

 Plan and organize team building actives.
