We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Team Leader to join our growing team , based in the UAE. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring the highest level of customer service. You will oversee day-to-day operations, provide coaching and training to your team, and drive performance to contribute to the growth of our gaming platform.
This is an on-site position based in the UAE, and we offer accommodation and visa subsidies as part of the employment package. The position offers a base salary of 3,500 AED plus commission based on sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales representatives to ensure consistent sales performance, target achievement, and high customer satisfaction.
Performance Management: Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide continuous feedback and coaching to improve results.
Training & Development: Onboard and train new team members, ensuring they are well-versed in our products, sales scripts, and customer service expectations.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and retention within the gaming platform.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track team performance and generate regular reports on sales metrics, conversion rates, and team KPIs. Present data to senior management and propose action plans to address performance gaps.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the team adheres to company standards for customer interaction, quality of service, and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
