we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced telesales team leader to join our growing team , based in the uae. as a team leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring the highest level of customer service. you will oversee day-to-day operations, provide coaching and training to your team, and drive performance to contribute to the growth of our gaming platform.
this is an on-site position based in the uae, and we offer accommodation and visa subsidies as part of the employment package. the position offers a base salary of 3,500 aed plus commission based on sales performance.
key responsibilities:
team leadership: lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales representatives to ensure consistent sales performance, target achievement, and high customer satisfaction.
performance management: set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide continuous feedback and coaching to improve results.
training & development: onboard and train new team members, ensuring they are well-versed in our products, sales scripts, and customer service expectations.
sales strategy: develop and implement effective telesales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and retention within the gaming platform.
monitoring & reporting: track team performance and generate regular reports on sales metrics, conversion rates, and team kpis. present data to senior management and propose action plans to address performance gaps.
quality assurance: ensure the team adheres to company standards for customer interaction, quality of service, and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
