Requirement:

A bachelor's or associate degree in marketing sales or related field may be advantageous.

Experience in sales necessary.

Strong sales ability, business acumen and commercial awareness.

Stong leadership abilities.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Good time management , strategic planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Identifies the primary concerns and long term strategies and targets to be assigned to the team members.

The responsibility of team leader own recruiting, objective setting , coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

Develop the products sales blueprint, a ste of standard for sales associate to confirm, to encompassing lead filtering and deal modelling.

Guide sale personnel to function efficiently by capitalizing on their passions and capabilities.
