Proper management of enquiries.
Training SCs on product knowledge and customer handling.
Automotive orientation for new team members.
Proper management of generated enquiries .
Ensuring team target achievement on all aspects through enquiries generated from field activities.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent product knowledge, Process orientation, customer centric approach, Team management skills, self-motivated.
EDUCATION:
Minimum graduate/MBA in Marketing
Experience - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the automobile dealership.
