Job Description

Our growing company is looking to fill the role of Senior Team Leader. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.

Responsibilities for Senior Team Leader

• Represents sales in assigned projects, and provides support in the execution of risk, compliance and regulatory initiatives to the sales force

• Provides support for regulatory supervision of newly licensed advisors

• Assign new business and retention goals, quality standards, and quality reporting objectives to Sales Manager(s), Sales Reps and Service personnel

• Develop the business plan objectives for assigned Division

• Business development responsibility

• Obtains pertinent underwriting information from prospects

• Developing the team in terms of product & sales knowledge so that they are able to push insurance sales in branches

• Developing Digital sales strategies and tactics for insurance and delivering on digital sales targets in collaboration with Digital, Marketing, TDI and other partners, leveraging capabilities such as a/b testing, page and funnel optimizations, targeting

• Analyzing and understanding the digital insurance sales funnels to ensure all opportunities, challenges and levers have been identified

• Developing targets and reporting on TDI's Digital sales results, including detailed funnel analysis and forecasting based on previous results

Qualifications for Senior Team Leader

• Excellent communication skills, impact and Influence, sense of urgency, concern for order and quality

• University/College Degree/Diploma

• 0-5years sales management or sales mentoring experience preferred

• Home or auto insurance sales or agency experience is preferred

• Previous field sales experience is a plus

• Should demonstrate time management skills and a logical problem solver
