Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and coaching and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
