Job description for TL:

1. Hiring Team Leader for our Insurance (Motor, Health and Life) vertical.

2. Guiding the sales team in pitching the client and achieving sales targets.

3. Getting the report from the team members in a timely manner.

4. Managing sales team of 10-15 agents.

5. Minimum of 1 plus year of experience in team handling.

6. Good knowledge of MS Office Package.

7. Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

8. Excellent communication and leadership skills

9. Organizational and time-management skills

10. Decision-making skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Must have the experience in Insurance Sales

2. Should have Mini. 01 year of Exp.

3. Deeply Knowledge in Insurance Sector

4. To Manage Outbound Lead Generation

Salary & Other Benefits:

1. Salary upto 45k + Unlimited Incentives

3. Fixed Shift: 10:00AM to 6:00PM
