Sales Support Executive

Job Description

1. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

2. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

3. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

4. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

5. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

6. Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.

7. Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.

8. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

9. Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.

10. Manage all customer interactions as rostered within parameters

11. Demonstrate ownership on calls when contacted by customer

12. Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and local language

13. Offer a solution-based approach for all customer interactions

14. Educate the customer at every given possible opportunity

15. Ensure updation of product, system, process and policy knowledge

16. Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service

17. Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines

18. Manage outbound campaigns as per business requirement

19. Increase, develop and retain customer base through relationship building and service
