Provide support to Mercer leadership/Senior Consultants to build, strengthen and apply employee and retirement benefits knowledge at different client situations
Support business development activities ranging from leading or contributing to proposals and developing compelling value propositions
Understand key regulatory directives issued by regulatory and oversight bodies and support in identifying and interpret key areas / processes impacted within the client organization
Perform certain office administration functions as and when required
Ensure Service Level Agreements are in place with clients and that these are renewed as and when required
Accurately capture all client queries (on-site, telephonic/email etc.)
Participate in client meetings / calls and support delivery the project within specified timelines
Extend pre and post-sales support required such as solution approach for proposal, client presentations etc.
Support on activities such as code creation and post project closure activities like invoicing
