Job Purpose
As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring
the smooth functioning of sales operations. Your primary responsibility will be to assist sales
representatives, managers, and the overall sales department in achieving their targets and
objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Administration: Assist in managing the sales pipeline, including data entry, updating customer
information, and tracking sales activities. Handle documentation related to sales orders, contracts,
and proposals. Coordinate with internal departments (., marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure
seamless order processing and delivery.
Technical Support: Utilising software applications and tools commonly used in civil engineering,
such as computer-aided design (CAD) software, project management software, or spreadsheet
applications.
Communication and Collaboration: Liaising with project managers, engineers, and other Sales
Department members to gather and verify data. Collaborating with team members to resolve any
sales-data related issues or discrepancies. Providing assistance and responding to inquiries
regarding ongoing projects.
Data Entry: Accurately inputting and updating various types of data into computer systems or
databases related to ongoing and new projects. This may include project specifications,
measurements, survey data, material quantities, cost estimates, progress reports, and other relevant
information.
Documentation Management: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files of project
documentation, including drawings, contracts, quotation, enquiry data, and daily reports. Ensuring
that documents are properly labelled, filed, and easily accessible for reference or retrieval.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Extracting relevant information from the collected data and
generating reports or summaries as required. Analysing data trends, identifying patterns, and
