Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Staff Sales professional with at least 2 years of experience in the Fashion/Knitwear industry to join our team in Ludhiana. As a Staff Sales member, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and increasing market share in the Fashion/Knitwear industry. Freshers with a strong passion for sales in the fashion sector will also be considered for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while also actively seeking out new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from start to finish
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that will drive sales and promote brand awareness
- Keep up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales within the Fashion/Knitwear industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
