Job Description-
Identifying client’s requirements and analyzing customer's requirements and guiding them about the property, as per their requirement.
Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
Making appointments and showing buyers around a property.
Finding buyers in a position to proceed with the purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients.
Adhering to processes and quality standards.
Arranging site visits take appointments with clients to achieve their monthly target.
Candidates Skills
Real Estate Experience highly required.
Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales. Key Skills
Excellent spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team playing ability.
Good experience in Sales.
