Duties and responsibilities
• Need to achieve fixed sales number target on monthly wise & annual target and same way for collection also in time due collection, Project hit rat ratio to monitor.
• Project Focus: Generate and convert projects for key target customers. Manage project cycle and velocity.
• Identify, research, and contact prospective target growth customers that will generate future sales and repeat business.
• Provide market feedback and intelligence on the specific region/segment
• Develop short and long-term strategic sales plans for key customers, growth customers and global key accounts, utilizing Sales Excellence Tools.
• Work with Marketing department to increase Trelleborg Brand Awareness and identify Marketing needs and opportunities for territory.
• Ensure full compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures including Quality Manual and Quality Procedures.
• Work with the right sense of urgency: Response times, flexibility and accuracy.
• Customer visit and support: - Responsible for handling “G” class customer and KAM (Key account manager). Regular visit to G class customer, coordinating with AE team and customer R&D / Design team for development project all.
• Update daily visit report in C4C & Weekly update on “A” class customer & Monthly report.
• Collections – Achieve Monthly Sales & AR Target
• Coordination with other functions:- Regular coordinating with Customer Service on Planning & Customer Service manager on material arrangement with factory and SCM. Coordination on AR with Finance team and Marketing for new Customer development. Coordination with AE team & Factory Design team on New product development.
Profile
• 4 to 6 years work experience in sales in Industrial Aerospace segment.
• Mechanical Engineering Graduate/Postgraduate
• Strong technical aptitude beneficial. Must be mechanically inclined. Must be able to read and understand technical prints
• Strong knowledge of business sales and marketing practices
