Job Description-
Generate new leads and convert them into sales, targeting major B2C, B2B, direct customers, builders, and real estate companies.
Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with channel partners to drive lead generation.
Implement lead validation and qualification processes to ensure they meet the company's criteria.
Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Develop and present PPTs, quotations, work orders, sales forecasts, and reports (WSR).
Manage CRM systems for tracking sales prospects and performance.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the interior design industry.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure client expectations are met from concept to completion.
Arrange sales training for new employees and contribute to process improvements.
Meet sales targets within the designated timeframes and build long-term client relationships.
Organize and attend client meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
Strong understanding of sales processes, including CRM, forecasting, and lead qualification.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
