Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and Experienced Sales Representative to join TBBC Team on a High

Earning Module. As a Sales Specialist for our Overseas Market, your Primary responsibility will be Lead

Generation, Conversions and meeting a minimum Daily target. In return, you will earn a performance

bonus of 1000 INR on every sale you make.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation : Actively identify and Engage with potential clients in the Overseas Market to

promote and sell our range of Lifestyle Essentials and Décor Accessories.

Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed the minimum daily sales target of $1,000 to qualify

for performance bonus on every sales. Earn Double the performance bonus when you exceed your

target.

Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to

position our products and maximize sales opportunities strategically.

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, ensuring a high

level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Reporting : Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to

the sales manager on drive.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the overseas market, with a track record of meeting or

exceeding targets.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

- Familiarity with the Lifestyle accessories and home decor mark
