Sales and Service Executive
Job Description: As a Sales and Service Executive at REINTJES Middle East LLC, you will be working as sales and service support for Sales and Service Teams. You need to be proficient in computers, should be able to make offers and invoices for spare parts, good working knowledge of Excel and should have good communication skills. You would also be required to manage administration work of the office viz. handle petty cash, order items for day to day running of office, support the office team in receipt, inspection and delivery of spare parts. You should be able to carry out logistics function like identifying a suitable CHA to transport parts from Germany/Dubai to India, make delivery documents, liaise with CHA for custom clearance etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate as sales support for Sales and Service Teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and service activities.
Logistics functions – liaise with CHA, transportation of spare parts to various parts of the country through CHA.
Knowledge of SAP for managing sales and service-related tasks.
Generate accurate offers and invoices using company templates and systems through SAP
Experience in submitting online tenders and managing tender processes.
Proficiency in computers, including Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
BCOM, BBA
Proven experience (5-7 years) in a similar role
Working knowledge in SAP software
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings - locally
