Post : Sales & Service Engineer

Location : Bangalore

Nature of work: Filed service engineer

Job Scope:

Responsible for all Sale & Service of Piping Tools to MEP contractors, Fire Fighting Contractors, Plumbing Industry, Electrical Contractors.

Sales process involved meeting End customers, giving product demonstration and finalizing commercial terms with Purchase manager.

Service Process involved meeting with users of installed machines and provide repair and services support and selling of Spares & Consumables to customers.

Machines & Equipment involved Sales and Service of Pipe Threading Machines, Pipe Grooving Machines, Plastic Pipe Welding machines and other Piping related tools.

Major Responsibilities:

Meeting Sales and Service Revenue targets Meet Collection targets

Meeting with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Contractors to understand running projects and projects in pipeline.

Understand Machine & Equipment requirements at construction sites and negotiate for sales order.

Provide Service support to installed machines

Constant touch with users of machines to sell consumables and spares

Keep list of all construction projects and frequent visit for meeting decision makers for business growth

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

Willing for extensive travel

Qualifications:

 Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical (Preferably) or ITI in Electrician with minimum two years of experience

 Freshers (Only Diploma) can also apply

 Age should be less than 25

 Male candidates only

 Two-Wheeler is must with valid driving license

 Person should from Karnataka Only

 Willing to travel

 Immediate joining

Experience

Past experience in Technical Industrial Sales and service

Experience in meeting end customers for technical discussion & product demonstration.

Hands on experience for Servicing of Machines.

Good communication (oral and written) skill
