Create Contract and billing schedule

Create Work Order

Schedule servicing and assigning Work Order to Service team base on customer requirement

Billing on the completed job. Send invoice and supporting documents to customer.

Follow up on payment status

Provide great customer support in daily activities

Act as contact point for customer to follow up on their commissioning, job status, supporting documents and feedback.

Work with teammate to come up with solution addressing to customers feedback.

Generate business reports for stakeholder such as

Revenue report

Service KPI report

Field Service Utilization report

Work status report

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Statistics, or related field of study

Customer-driven mindset with a desire and ability to identify customer pain points

High proficiency in using Microsoft Excel functions; experience in PowerBI (or any analytics tools)

Great problem solving, data visualization and communication skills to provide recommendations based on insight

Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail

Experience with CRM software. For . Salesforce, ServiceMax, Oracle (preferred, not required)
