We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales and Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our sales team and providing excellent customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include coordinating sales activities, managing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, and assisting with customer inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support:

Assist the sales team with the coordination and processing of customer orders.

2. Customer Service:

Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Assist with order tracking and provide customers with regular updates on order status.

Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
