**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Field Sales

2. Goals/Target Oriented

3. Evaluate customer's needs & build relationships

4. Arrange distributors timely & accept full payments & orders for primary sales

5. Pitching our products to the distributor and familiarizing them with our company and products.

6. Grow secondary sales by personally doing retailing, range selling & visible placement in general trade (Kirana stores, etc.) with a high number of total calls per day and a very high percentage of productive calls daily

7. Increase route-wise coverage and improve servicing of outlets

8. Tour local as well as outstation markets (whenever required)

9. Will be responsible to create brand awareness in the respective markets

Report to Sales Manager with Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

Own a 2-wheeler with a license

Android Smartphone

Self-Motivated, Patient, and Efficient work
