Sales Representative Job Description
KGtoPG is an edtech industry startup. We are looking for experienced Sales Representative with good communication skills to join the KGtoPG team as a free-lancer on commission basis.
Responsibilities for Sales Representative
· Generating Leads. Prospect and qualify new sales leads
· Research and analyze sales options
· Research and recommend prospects for new technology opportunities
· Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
· Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
· Determine the prospect’s needs
· Communicate the prospect and to appropriate departments product key points
· Preparing weekly and monthly reports
· Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
· Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
· Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients. Closure of contracts
· Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
· Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
· Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
· Maintain the sales function. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
· Understanding and promoting company programs.
· Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
· Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
· Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales report
· Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
